The Calimetrix Fat Fraction Phantom is designed for testing and quality control of MRI-based fat quantification techniques. This phantom is the first and only commercially available offering that enables confident quantification of proton-density fat fraction (PDFF) over the full 0-100% range. The Fat Fraction Phantom consists of a cylindrical acrylic housing containing twelve highly controlled fat fraction compartments submerged in a doped water bath. The phantom housing is designed to fit within commercially available head coils as well as a variety of other MR-compatible coils.
